St. Francis Institute of Technology (SFIT) was established in 1999 with a view to create an Engineering Institute to fulfil the long felt need for an Institute of Excellence in Borivali.

SFIT is affiliated to the University of Mumbai and approved by AICTE.

The total intake is at present 360 students per year.

At SFIT we offer three Degree Programs in the most coveted disciplines considering both industrial need and public preference.

The disciplines are:

• Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
• Information Technology
