St. Francis Institute of Technology stands tall, surrounded with lush green environment, over 5 acres of land in the western suburbs of Mumbai. The institute is fully equipped with the latest technological infrastructure, state of the art classrooms and computing facility.

The institute has an automated , open access library with a collection of more than 13,000 documents as well subscriptions to all the major newspapers, periodicals, publications and journals, technical as well as non-technical, national and international. Sports have been an integral part of SFIT right from its inception. SFIT  houses a gymkhana which boasts of Table Tennis room, carrom room and a chess room.
