The goal of Training & Placement Cell is to provide employment opportunities and world class training to the students. The activities of training and placement cell involve:

TRAINING-                                                                                                                    

Placement related training to the students: This includes aptitude training, mock GD and PI. It starts from third year and is conducted by different educational institutes.

Technical training to the students: This includes seminars by senior industry people and different campus connect technical training programs.

Faculty training: This includes Faculty Development program and seminars conducted by different industries like Accenture, Infosys, Wipro etc as a part of campus connect program.

PLACEMENT-

Career Guidance: Those considering careers in education or in related fields are offered detailed career guidance at the Training &Placement Cell with pre placement talk.

CV Preparations: We help students to prepare attractive c.v.

Campus placement: Placement season starts usually in 7th semester. The placement office is responsible for sending students data to various companies as per the eligibility criteria, and bringing them for placements. Eligible students are also sent to off-campus programs being conducted by either company or associate college. Campus season continues throughout the year. There are about 20 to 25 companies who are our regular recruiters. Non IT companies also visit our campus for placements.

INDUSTRY ACADEMIA RELATIONSHIP-

The training and Placement cell firmly believes in ‘industry-institute interaction’. It organizes technical seminars, workshops and National Seminars to provide a platform for the budding engineers to interact with professionals from various industries. It encourages visits to the industry by college students. Technical contests are held in collaboration with different industries.

ALUMNI ASSOCIATION-

The mission of alumni association is to create a long lasting bond between the college and the students by networking them with one another. It also helps the placement cell in its objective of guiding present students through alumni holding good positions in various industries. It give job opportunity to students of current batch. All current and passed out students are inducted in the Alumni Association as a member after filling the registration form. Every year aluminous is invited as “Young Achiever” on College Annual Day function.
The Training & placement Cell is committed to provide all possible assistance to its passed out students in their efforts to find employment. The benefits of this assistance are reflected in the preparation of students who are able to secure lucrative and esteem positions in recent years. The Training & Placement service operates year round to facilitate contacts between companies and graduates. Every effort is undertaken to create opportunities for our students to get placements. We hope to reach highest placements level in the years to come.
