The Conference Room is located on the first floor and is mainly used for staff meetings and Research and Development activities. It is well-lit, air conditioned and fully equipped with technical facilities. It is also occasionally used for student debates and literary events. Along side is the board room used for important meetings and discussions among the top officials.
