NOTICE

CENTRALISED (CAP) ADMISSION

 

Students who are allotted seats to First Year of Engineering in this Institute through CAP are hereby advised as follows.

 

  1. Collect the Entrance form from the office after showing the proof of allotment and complete the same in all respects.

 

  1. The completed form after due verification from the office should be produced in The Catholic Syrian Bank Limited (College Campus) along with Demand Draft for Rs.43,587/-drawn in favour of “St. Francis Institute of Technology”.

The breakup of the fees is as follows:

a) Tuition Fees: Rs. 41,904/-(interim fee as approved by          

    Shikshan Shulka Samiti)

b) University Fees: Rs. 813/-

c) University Examination Fees (Sem-I & II): Rs. 870/-

    (as directed by University of Mumbai)

 

  1. Please note that this is an Interim fee and the students as well as the Institute will make good the increase or decrease in the fees ultimately to be fixed by the Shikshan Shulka Samiti.

 

  1. After paying the fees in the bank, the form along with a copy of the receipt should be submitted in the college office.

 

  1. Students are further advised to submit the following documents in original and 6 attested copies of each along with the entrance form.

1.  12th Marksheet

2.  Leaving Certificate

3.  CET Score Card

4.  Caste Proof- Caste Validity & Caste Certificate (wherever required)

5.  4 Copies of 10th Marksheet

6.  2 Photographs

7.  Eligibility Certificate / Migration Certificate / Domicile Certificate (wherever required)
